@LaurenceB If you got this from a store then unfortunately there isn’t a cooling of period that only applies to online and phone sales due to distance selling laws. The stores do have handsets for you to look/try have a go with and the store has to s anitise the handset before giving them to you to have a look at. Was you told this isn’t possible?
